About us

The agricultural company Sant’Angelo, founded by Mrs Diana Rocchi, is located in a unique building on almost 30 hectars area, specialized vineyards, vegetables, fruits. 
It is situated at the doors of the Park of Monte Rufeno. It is surrounded by a Natural Park Reserve: woods and trees of olives and vineyards. 
The farmers produce by they own eggs, wine, oil, fruits of any kind and vegetables, jam.
Here Italian agriculture becomes culture because it keeps technical and feast' tradition
A great passion: the Wine. We produce good genuine quality wine utilising exclusively our grapes, cultivated with commitment and enthusiasm with respect to old traditions, avoiding modern innovation. We started replanting our vineyards in 1970, by bedding out: ALEATICO, SAN GIOVESE, PROCANICO, TREBBAINO, MALVASIA.
The Cellar Sant'Angelo is spacious and organized and occupies a space of almost 600 metres square in the centre of Acquapendente Village

In the farmhouse there are: horses, dogs, cats, birds, chickens, donkeys, rabbits...

OUR PRODUCTS:
- Olive Oil (Extra Virgin): Extra virgin olive oil is produced naturally, meaning that the oil is not made from any sort of chemical treatments. Virgin oil is also an indication that the oil is not refined, that they are of a higher quality and retain their natural flavor. The method for extracting the oil is what is known as “cold pressed,” which keeps the oil from losing its flavor that can be lost when exposed to high temperatures.
